ZSL London Zoo at February Half Term

(February 12, 2016)

Half term has rolled around again and what better way to enjoy it than to head for ZSL London Zoo and visit all the animals?

There's plenty going on - and this half term, children can even take their teddies and cuddly toys for a health check and find out all about the work vets do at the Zoo.  Microchipping meerkats to checking the tigers’ teeth are all part of keeping the animals in tip top condition.

Vets LIVE is a week of interactive family events celebrating the incredible work of the Zoo’s amazing vets.  From Saturday 13 to Sunday 21 February, week highlights the work the vets do to care for the 17,000 animals at the zoo.

So what do zoo vets do?  Find out at the zoo!So what do zoo vets do? Find out at the zoo!

Kids can bring their cuddly toys to ZSL London Zoo to discover all about the life of a Zoo vet! There will be health checks on offer at the teddy bear drop in service - kids can get invovled in all the action as they help experts do toy examinations at the 'Animal Hospital'. Every animal 'treated' will have a health certificate to take home.

There are talks and activities throughout the week which runs from Saturday 13 to Sunday 21 February 2016. A great value day out, all extra activities are included in the entry price.
