Get Active Holidays UK

One of the best ways we know to truly leave work behind and enjoy a break is to do activities outside and - better still - with nature & animals!  Here are a few ideas, some just for a day, others for a weekend, more still for longer.

One of the great things about holidays like these is that you will get to see parts of the UK that the ordinary tourist won't see - a sort of behind the scenes, because in many cases, you're going with people who know the land well and will show you things and have access to things that the ordinary tourist won't know about.
Donkeys in Devon
International Donkey Week takes place at the Donkey Sanctuary in May.  Spend a week cuddling, grooming, just sitting and watching the donkeys - whatever you like.  A really therapeutic way to spend a week off in stunning scenery.  The donkeys are waiting for you!  From 5th to the 12th May.
